Terms & Conditions For Tutors effective from 13/04/2024

  1. We are not taking any Registration Fee.
  2. Commission (applied for all new tuitions provided by us or referred by any of our clients) 
               First Month: 50% of one month’s fee (for average no. of classes finalized with client subjected to a minimum of 4 classes) 

Second Month: 50% of one month’s fee (for average no. of classes finalized with client subjected to a minimum of 4 classes) 
           ·            Subsequent Months: -Nil-
           · Short-term packages (crash courses, college-level, etc.):  25% of the total amount received by him/her in less than 2 months.

From the 3rd month, you will get a full Tuition fee.

  1. Candidates must send a scanned copy of the following documents to our WhatsApp number 837321420
                 a). One colored passport-size photograph.
                 b). Photo Identification proof (Photo ID like Voter ID, Passport, Driving license or Aadhar Card).
                c). Present/permanent address proof or both (in case of tenant or not a permanent resident of KOLKATA).
                 d). Photocopy of last obtained educational qualification.
  2. Any registration doesn’t guarantee any number of students you will get. It is solely the student’s decision to finalize you and depend upon his /her comfort of being tutored by you.
  3.  If any client calls a tutor after a gap of a few days/weeks/months of the trial class then it’s the duty of the tutor also to update us about that.
  4. . When we provide any tuition to any tutor then you must please contact the client immediately and inform us about the developments as early as possible.
  5. Teachers (tutors) are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring such as taking money for admission in any college/ school/institution or any fraud proposal.
  6. In case of any fraud by teachers (tutors) with any client or with Edulink then we are free to take legal action against him/her.
  7. Tutors are requested to please update us immediately about their present address and phone/mobile number if changed and are requested to provide their ID proof to clients if demanded by them.
  8. Tutors are requested to be punctual and behave/talk/dress up as a Gentleman/lady while visiting any client for trial or regular class. 
  9. This registration is valid for 10 contact details/ One Year whichever is earlier and will be extended subject to your conversation.
  10. Your Registration is free but if you want you can take our prime membership only at Rs 49. Membership validity lifetime. We will serve first to prime members and then to nonprime members. 
  11. Tutors are not allowed to take any advance payment from the guardian.
  12. Edulink reserves the right to modify/add/delete any condition at any time.
  13. Use only WhatsApp number 8373021420 for any communication. ( If required we will call you.)
  14. Only prime members will be able to apply for online tuition through the website.
  15. All Online Classes will be recorded and monitored for quality checks and policy violence issues.
  16. For Online Classes, teachers are not allowed to share contact details with the student or parent during the class.
  17. For Online Classes, teachers are not allowed to take payments directly from the parent or student.

*One Month will be calculated from the date of joining.

ALL DISPUTES, IF ANY, ARE TO BE SETTLED UNDER KOLKATA JURISDICTION ONLY.
